Return and Refund

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any derm10malaysia.com purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 7 days of the RECEIVED date.
Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service. The refund and exchange might be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used.

We double-check all orders before shipping them. But if an incorrect item was received, please return it (in a resalable condition) along with the original delivery note. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Before returning the incorrect item, please send your order number to us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures

  2. The customer service will need to provide the reason of refund / exchange.
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.

It will take 14-21 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank / credit card account from the day your refund was initiated.
